Free shipping for a limited time on all orders within Canada and to the United States.

Due to Covid-19 there may be a slight delay in receiving your parcel. We apologies for any inconvenience if this occurs. If you prefer for your parcel to be shipped with a different carrie, please contact us before making a purchase and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

All pieces are handmade to order, please allow 3-7 days for production and fulfillment during busy periods.

Shipping charges:

Canada: Orders will be shipped via Canada Post mail service and ONLY STERLING SILVER pieces will be shipped with a tracking number which will be provided for you once the parcel has been shipped. We are offering free shipping for a limited time all across Canada. No extra charges will be added for additional items. Free local (Ottawa) pick up.

United States: Orders will be shipped via Canada Post mail service and ONLY STERLING SILVER pieces will be shipped with a tracking number which will be provided for you once the parcel has been shipped. We are offering free shipping for a limited time all across the United States. No extra charges will be added for additional items. *Additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be added separately in accordance with your state or country's specific requirements. 

Overseas: Orders will be shipped via Canada Post mail service and ONLY STERLING SILVER pieces will be shipped with a tracking number which will be provided for you once the parcel has been shipped. We charge a flat rate of $20 for overseas. No extra charges will be added for additional items. *Additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be added separately in accordance with your state or country's specific requirements. 

Approximate arrival:

• Canada | 5 - 8 business days

• United States | 7 - 21 business days

• International |  3 - 5 weeks
