Refund Policy

All our items are made to the greatest possible care and attention to detail, however if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and we will be happy to issue a one time exchange (excluding packaging, shipping and handling). You may choose another item/s of equal or greater value. If a replacement of greater value is selected, the retail difference will be charged. We must receive the item back within 14 days of your communication with us. We advise that the item be returned via registered shipping company that provides tracking information. Returned shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please ship exchanges in a padded envelope or in the original packaging. We are not responsible for returned merchandise prior to our reception. 

We will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot trace the package.

We do not issue refunds. 

Any items purchased that are on sale, part of a promotion or customized are FINAL SALE. We do not refund price differences if an item/s was purchased before a sale or promotional event. 

All online items purchased at our website must be directly exchanged to Mila Vardì and not to any retail store. If you have purchased any items from a brick and mortar store, you must comply to their return and exchange policy as we are unable to accept those returns or exchanges. 

 If any of your item/s arrive damaged or defective, please email us immediately. Please include a picture and a brief description of the damage/defect. 

Jewelry tarnished over time by everyday wear and not cared for is not exchangeable. You are provided a polishing cloth with your purchase so please take care and enjoy your piece. 

Mila Vardì reserves the right to refuse exchanges and they will be handled case by case.
